Cook the shrimp: In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink. Remove and set aside with the chicken.
Sauté the vegetables: Add the remaining olive oil to the skillet. Sauté the onions and bell peppers for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Add garlic and sauce ingredients: Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, remaining paprika, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Return chicken and shrimp: Return the cooked chicken and shrimp to the skillet. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the shrimp is heated.
Finish and serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges. Enjoy!
